AUTO AND GENERAL: PUTRID CUSTOMER SERVICE

The worst insurance you could ever take! It is so puzzling how they are quick to call you a million times and pester to make sales calls then after can barely keep their house in order. I have had a an issue I had to raise from the 28 September 2021 to date I have spoken to 4 *********** agents who lie and make empty promises to call back. Nomaswazi Sgoba, Lorinda Classen and Valentia Kgomongwe ALL have excuses and just cannot hold up good customer service. when taking out a policy they are quick to introduce Altech Nestar however communication between auto and general and Altech Nestar is not well established, I was billed the incorrect amount for one product twiby Altech Netstar and auto and general and they are not even interested in sorting it out.
