Auto and General poor service

I am writing to express my disappointment with Auto & General Insurance. I recently submitted a claim for hail damage to my car, and I was referred to a repair centre in Lyndhurst. This location is 46 minutes away from my home in Witpoortjie (Roodepoort). I requested to be referred to a repair centre closer to my area, but I was informed that the Lyndhurst location is the nearest option. I find this unacceptable and very inconvenient. I have been a loyal client of Auto & General for four years, and I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received regarding this matter.
