Auto and general poor customer service and selling policies under false prentences

I am so disappointed and upset with auto and general. They have sold this policy saying that i will be able to claim and now that i want to claim they do not want to approve the claim. They sold this policy making all these promises just to make a sale and now they dont want to approve my claim. I am going cancel this policy i am not happy with the service i am receiving by auto and general.
