Auto and General policy update.

My requirement was to add my grandson's motor vehicle to my existing policy with Auto and General. I contacted them via the website and they called me back immediately. A kind gentleman with a clear voice took my details and gave me a reasonable quote. He then diverted my call to another section to review my whole policy. The lady who answered the call was very patient with me being hard of hearing. She came up with a total reduced policy that was acceptable to my pocket. Highly competent and professional treatment received.
