Auto and General pathetic customer service

My personal experience with auto and general.

1)They debted my monthly premium 2 times in one month. 2)I've been trying claim for scratch and dent for over three weeks. 3)They provided me with panel beater quotations that are above their payment out threshold (meaning that I will need to cough out more). 4)They refuse to approve panel beater quotations from a panel of the customers choice (RMI approved) which repair at a reasonable price. 5)They say that they will get back to you within two hours but they never do. 6)Claims department will leave you on hold for up to 30 minutes.

I will be providing updates on the poor customer service of Auto and general every Monday and Friday of each week until my claim is finalized.
