Auto and General - ****** or legit

From my side this is going to high. I want to give only half a star. My business has 2 insurance with them and I think I must change both. Company Public liability and company insurance I have a problem with the company insurance part and it is going on now for over 3 months. I had a claim and they only paid out a 1/4 of the claim amount. Look I know December was holiday season, but the cover dont take leave. Auto and General are a bunch of scaily people looking where they can ***** u out of your money.
