Auto and General never again

My husband dropped the car @ AutoMagic Roodepoort more than a month back to be received by a gentleman whom had made all checks to vehicle being in good condition apart from hail damage.

On day of release we where happy to see our vehicles smooth without any lumps on it. We congratulations the beautiful work they did. However we noticed sum changes in the front bumper not aligned and head lamps scratched and damaged. Highlighting this matter we where told the car came like that, by someone who was not even available when car was received. So we requested pictures taken before service and as per images from IMG_2017 to IMG_2024 sent by Yaseenh Abdullah Hoosen show none of the concern raised. We had tried to call and nothing seems to be done. I WANT MY CAR BACK, I'M INCONVINIENCED AND STRUGGLING TO MOVE BECAUSE AUTOMAGIC IS REFUSING TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY OF THEIR MESS, FIX IT ASAP.

Yaseen if you are honest and I'm sure you are very much aware or the damages AutoMagic did and you promised to get back to us on Monday the 7th and till to date no feedback from you. Disappointed of the customer service given to me.
