Auto and General is the worst insurance that anyone can get take.
My. Father has had such a terrible experience with Auto and General. He was paying his premiums for a whole 3 years consistently and he has had such a traumatic accident and now they are refusing to make the payment for his car. This is not an insurance I can recommend to anyone. We’re disgusted by their service .

16 May 2025, 10:56Auto and General do not care about their customers and how they feel. I raised this issue trying to claim but because they have to take out money and pay for the damaged car they are dragging their feet.
When we make follow up calls all we hear is empty promises but nothing really happens. It is very frustrating to have to deal with people like Auto and General. I will never ever advocate for them ever again. This has taken my father straight to depression because of people who do not wana play their part.
I Spoke to some guys in their claims department, namely Kavish and Faheem… those two guys are full of empty promises. When I talk to them I know I’m going to have a headache that day.
If we are not assisted by Monday then we taking this a step further.
