Auto and General is the best building insurance company

This morning I woke up to a blocked drain and burst geyser. I phoned Auto and General and spoke to Fahiem Kleinsmith that took down all the detail in a very professional manner, logged the geyser claim and transferred me to the assist line to arrange for the unclogging of the drain.

My case officer Chane Jacobs arranged for the plummers (CMS Construction and Maintenance) and ensured I was updated every step of the process. From my initial call to fully installed geyser and unclogged drain in less than 3 hours.
