Auto and General is Horrible to say the least!!!!!!!

I would never advise anyone to insurance with this insurance!!!!

My car is insured for more the 2 years when I had to do my first claim and i released what I am really insured for - NOTHING!!!

Why do you pay insurance?

To have a peace of mind when you are in a accident should it be someone else's fault, you have peace of mind that you will be compensated in whatever way necessary - Auto and General could not assist me in anyway, I had to pay everything out of my own pocket. They could not provide me with a rental vehicle as they had to request a call recording first to make sure this was not offered on the first call...

Access - The reason for insurance is to make sure they recover any access from the person at fault - Auto and General only recovers access once you pay this out of your own pocket (The driver who drove into my car had no insurance however they will only try and recover any fees made by myself once after everything has been settle with the panel beater out of my own pocket) - What am I paying insurance for???

Speedy Claim process - I had to call in to find out why no contact has been made to the panel beater for more than 5 days at time. I only have 1 vehicle so I was relying on a speed claim process but no communication unless you call or email to find out what is going on, no intent of recovering or salvage any sort or unpleasant claim process
