Autio and general is a company insurance which doesn't care about their clients but only for their benefits and profits

My Son was hijacked ln November 2022 and the car was recovered with minor damages which according to their assesment cost R64 000,but they di not fix my car,according to them they went to tracker to dig the information that who was driving the car most,and they left the point which they told me that a person who is not a regular driver if found involved in an accident is gonna be charged more excess,so they dodged and ran to tracker to seek for my private information,and i argued with them and they were so rude and seemed not caring about customers

Yez,my Son eas hijackef,so why did they took my car and stayed with it for almost two months without even bothering of fixing ,why did they bother by bringing my car back home in Limpopo from Gauteng if i dnt qualify
