Auto and General is a ripoff

By far the most expensive insurance with the worst service. Doesn’t take responsibility for their lack of service. Consultant who handled my claim didn’t give me all the info and now I am expected to pay double the excess because this has become two claims. Had I known this I would have cancelled this policy. Their analysis process is very flawed. The Auto and body they sent me to did minimal work for so much money. I was better if handling this on my own and got better value for my money.
