Auto and General is a *******, Rob innocent people. They only take your money that's all they are good for

I am appauld with the service and how they just rip their clients off yet we pay such preuims. A year ago I signed with them and its a business insurance the value of my vehicle dropped within a year to half the amount. I was involved in a 3 car pile up my unfortune I was in the center a guy banged me from the back. Auto amd General has written my van offI want to buy my van back they are making pay R24000 and giving me R12000. When I signed up with a broker for them Irene. She gave me R60 000. They cant fix my vehicle. But they making me payback so much for my vehicle plus they claiming from the 3rd party. It's so unfair we pay such high preuims and this is the result of it. They are a *******. From a a client Side we lose and they win yet the reason for insurance Is to cover u from incidents. They at actually costing me more and robbing me by making me pay so much to buy my vehicle back. This is the only vehicle I have for business. If u can't help a client then don't take their money. Tell them deal with another company that will be fair to them. And as for having brokers it's a waste of time. U have them cos you think they will make sure they have your best interest but it's not the case. This company doesnt care about their clients. My vehicle I in working order only cosmetic damage and this is how They are ripping me off. It's pathetic.. and unfair on honest people that pay their preuims every month and now What does one do. Dont Rob innocent people when they working hard to make a living.
