Auto and General is a *******!

I’ve been paying for tyre and rim since December 2021 and I have never claimed for it. This year was the first time that I made a claim for 2 tyres, they ripped me off and told me they would only cover R600 for one tyre and R200 for another. The quote from tyger wheel and tyre is for R5000. I was extremely appalled and wanted to cancel the policy immediately however I held back and thought let me change the tyres with this pathetic petty cash they have approved. Today I’m at tyger wheel and tyre and this insurance have only sent over 1 claim approval and there is no claim approval for the 2nd tyre. I cannot get hold of them today as I’m told they are closed as it’s a public holiday. I’m extremely appalled, disappointed and angry that a policy I have paid for so long can only pay out R600 as they have now not even been trustworthy enough to process my second claim with their lousy R200. Do BETTER!
