😡😡😡😡😡Auto and General Insurance Horrible Service

Never ever use this Auto and General Insurance for your car they are ****mers 😡 My car was involved in an accident on January 2025 someone bumped me, February 2025 I followed up with them they told me to send case number and all the necessary documents, I have done that, 1 March 2025 when I called the Ayanda Kubheka who was busy looking for all this documents at claims, she told me that unfortunately they not going to pay out my claim because they didn't receive the money for the insurance, I asked her as they know my car it's A Business car, meaning it's doing Uber, where should the money comes from if the car was not fixed? As they didn't want to pay me? This insurance is a ****mer 3 months I've been waiting for them after submitting they finding a way of not paying out !!!! Stay away from Auto and General Business Insurance especially Uber car you will regret just like I am. 😡😡😡😡😡
