Auto and General Insurance greedy and ********

I wish i could give 0 stars or less but i here goes my review. Auto and General insurance does not care about their 3d party insured members. They make decisions that put their cleints at risk of lawsuit because of their reasoning being ******** . In my case. I was involved in a smash and grab with a dangerous weapon. Out of shock i made a uturn to save my life and was directly involved in an accident. We have 3d party insurance and the other vehicles owner placed a claim from our insurance. Auto and General decided not to respect our wishes and our 3 party insurance that was fully paid for, but instead they decided not to process the claim. I am now being sued for the repairs on her vehicle. Because they made a decision that could only be made by a court. They are faulty to think they can make decisions with reasons not backed up by law but only backed by the fact that they dont want to pay out claims. They have no respect for their members and they only care about getting money and justifying their unjust ruling
