Auto and General insurance complaint

Ever since I started with the policy ,every time I have had complaint ,it has never been dealt with . I Recently had a complaint about a roof that had a leakage and they didn't solve the problem instead they rejected it .I also had a problem with my kitchen appliances as they were affected by loadshedding and again with that problem they still never dealt with it instead they took long to answer my complaints and queries and rejected them with they finally answered .Ever since i started using that policy and insurance i've been dissatisfied. I would like to please request for Peter to assist me with this query .
