Auto and general has disappointed me

My car was hijacked and was recovered,Auto and general took my money from the police for assessment,and they promised that they will also do a police clearance,so they brought my car home without clearing it,i wanted to renew to renew my license disc and only to find that my car was still not cleared

So what must i do now,i would to travel from Limpopo to Gauteng for a police clearance?,this is not fair and i repeat it again that i am disappointed with Auto and general.I would like to ask them to clear my car and also renew my car license disc,Auto and general doesn't care of it's clients,i am so disappointed
