24 Oct 2020, 03:42Finally received a reply from Auto and General even though was not pleasent my biggest worry how this query was handled being the one that had to chase for replies in a form of posing threads to the company in order to receive responses. This experience has taught me to actually revew my insurance and what entails,The responses I received makes me think, is my insurer understand that when I am told I am insured what does it mean for me as a client, I am not happy with the outcome I have an option to look elsewhere but now will mean all this years of premiums one paid will be down the drain just like that. I am very disappointed. Benjamin
