Auto and General Excellent Service

I had a minor accident which I reported to Auto and General as I wanted to put in an Insurance claim . I was feeling extremely nervous as I am elderly and had never had this experience before . The Consultant was so kind , patient and helpful and with her guidance I was able to complete the claim form. I am extremely grateful so thank you Auto and General for your excellent Service !
