Auto and general emergency roadside assistance very disappointing

I had a battery problem, called auto and general, after waiting for sometime I was told a tow truck was dispatched, waited in the middle of nowhere for an hour for the dispatched tow truck with my family panicking and it never came. I was also advised after numerous calls that they only cover 50km from the point, that was not discussed when I joined them
