Auto and General does not want to pay for damages

I bought a brand new vehicle on 18 November 2015 and took on a comprehensive insurance with auto and general. On 8 December 2015 on my way to work I was ramped on the driver's side by another road user. After launching the claim I was told that an independent assessor(Mannie) has been appointed for investigations into the accident. The questions posed by the assessor already showed the direction they were heading, that is to find any loop holes from my side. He started by wanting records of the tracking device of the vehicle, where I was driving to on that morning, and so and so on. I later on, on 22 January 2016 received a letter stating that auto and general won't be paying for vehicle damages sustained during the accident as I was using the vehicle for business purposes.

My claim was treated unfairly from the beginning and request you to assist me by re-looking into it. I was only sent policy documentation after receiving the letter of decline of payment of vehicle damages, in that way was denied the opportunity to have had scrutinized the documentation and have had a better understanding of the definition(s) of work/business.
