Auto and General disgusting results.

I broke down on a Saturday and called Auto & General for help as they are my motor warranty company. I battled to get them on line but eventually did and inforned them of my situation. They said that they have no pplicy they can see that ecisted but could see other cars in the past that i had a policy for them. I had this policy for over 5 months but again they could not find my policy. The representative said that she would call a tow truck and tow my vehicle for overnight storage and she would give me feedback on Monday morning. Monday morning came and went Tuesday morning came and went then i called but that particular person was off duty and said they would ask her to call me. My car was in the tow yard 3 days. I then received a call from her to say i do not have a tow charge insurance. I should have been told earlier or the same day. I said sort it out withe the repairs and tow company as this was now your problem not me as the client. The cat stay for approximately two weels afyet i sent emails continuously to the complaints department and still today i have not received a call or an answer. I am now claiming R6500 for the repairs and storage which is were my car battery was ******. Its so sad how one is treated by a so well established business who cannot see the faults in front of them. The matter will be reported ombudsman and further. I canceled my contract immediately. What a total shambles of a company with no people s****s whatsoever.
