Auto and General delayed service delivery

I put in a scratch and dent claim a more than a month ago and provided information as per request(12/09/2023). I have not received any feedback with regards to my claim til this day. Tried to enquire with the claims department and I was told that they will the next day with feedback. In what world is this acceptable service? I must I am very disappointed.
