Auto and General Cash Back Bonus.
Dispute registered with A&G on March 31st, unsatisfactory reply received on April 7th and responded to the same day. No further communication from A&G despite weekly requests. "As per October 2025, If you remain claim-free for four uninterrupted years, you qualify for R 26,317.56 on 10 April 2027 . As per March 2026, If you remain claim-free for four uninterrupted years, you qualify for R 5,289.39 on 10 October 2029 . All that has happened in this period is that I changed banks!

The building premium was refunded, the household contents continued and has remained claim free. As there have not been any claims, how can you change the Cash Back date and drop the amount by R 20 000??? Please send me a detailed monthly invoice, from the date of commencement (October 2011) to April 1st 2026, of the building and household cover, including claims made for building and household items. As per the email received today at 14h02; YOU ARE NOT COVERING MY VEHICLE!!! YOU ARE COVERING HOUSEHOLD AND SPECIFIED ITEMS ONLY! I don’t think you know what you are doing so please can I have the email address of the HOD.
