Auto and General are useless.

Very angry with Auto and General. I have paid my premiums for 12 years, and drive a 2006 car. Now I get a shock with insurance of R 1087 per month, on the same car that they did not want to spend R 13000 to repair when it was hit by another driver. I have tried to get them to reduce the monthly amount to only fire, theft and third party as clearly they do not pay out. Still waiting. When I queried the amount I am told that the bank want comprehensive insurance on a car that was paid off years ago. ON a car that they wanted to write off. Greedy, arrogant, dishonest, unhelpful and impossible to get straight answers. They can go to hell.
