Auto and General are *******

My wife was in an accident with my car and she is part of the list of the people I’ve listed as drivers of the vehicle and my mum as a regular driver cause I gave her the car.

Now they say the car is suppose to be used by a regular driver and she not the one that had an accident.

I’ve been using auto and general for the pass 4 years I’ve never claimed not even for windscreen. Now that I need to claim they asking for my tracker reports, my mothers whereabouts, my whereabouts and why is my wife driving my vehicles and they come to my complex and demand to come in without my permission. How do you except to get a vehicle that’s driving at 12:00 am And come to my house with my permission

If they can’t fix my car they must just pay me all my premium and I will fix my car cause for fours I didn’t miss my payment and I’ve never claimed
