Auto and General are not to be trusted and should go bankrupt for their lack of ethics.

3 weeks ago I was unfortunately hit on the side of my car by a Polo Vivo. No fights broke out or anything like that with the lady, I find she was pregnant so I tried to calm the situation. Called my insurance which is or was Auto and General.

They called a tow truck and assisted me in taking the car for assessment. A week passed by for them to get back to me, only to tell me that I insured the the 3rd party car and not my own. HOW IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE. They said they would get the recordings of when I signed up for the contract to hear what their consultant said and what we agreed upon.

2 weeks went by without a word from them. When they finally got back to me they told me they will only insure the car that hit me but not mine. The car is write off, they are canceling my insurance and giving me back my car as damaged as it is.

How are they even an insurance company, I asked to listen to the recordings but declined, proving that they are *****, have no ethics whatsoever and are nothing but a ****.

I advice everyone to not take Auto and General insurance no matter what, they are a ****ty company.
