Auto and General Amazing Service

My experience with Auto and General was absolutely amazing. After explaining to the consultant that I am unemployed and no form of income and that I cannot afford the excess amount on the the replacement of my geyser, she told me that she will speak to the manager to motivate them. She came back to me and told me that they decided to waver my excess and the the geyser will be replaced for free. This morning my geyser was replaced. Within 3 days it was done. I would recommend anyone to use Auto and General as an insurance company. Their consultants are polite patient hospitable and extremely helpful.
