Auto and General a ****!!!!

Auto and General are the worst ever, I had a House hold claim with them for 2 TVs and a Sound System and they first gave me the run around then told me to make a quote for the big tv which I did for R19000 and they paid it, which I the bought and later sent a quote for the other tv and the sound system, they only send me R600 which they said was for the sound system, I mean hell where have they ever seen a sound system for that much?? they should actually buy t for me and send it to me so I can see if you can get it anywhere for that amount, and they are now telling me that I bought an expensive tv of course I bought an expensive tv because my tv that I insured was expensive, so what did they expect, that is why I am paying them is it not?..I am not going to give them this other tv they can take me to court it is nonsense they are a freaking ****.I am very disappointed with their service I am moving all my insurance from them, vehicle, household and the phones and laptop somewhere else, and would never ever recommend them to anyone. else..in one word THEY SUC****!!
