Auto and General - 6 weeks to fix a car ?????

<p>I am very dissatified, with the service I have recieved from auto and general. Apart from the krappy communications I have recieved, I and fed up with how long it has taken to get my car repaired ... </p> <p>The company's service provider of choice Shenge Auto has not fixed my car after 4 weeks. On phoning into auto and general, to complain about this the run around I was given was ridicoulous. I was transferred 3 times to incorrect people.</p> <p> </p> <p>It looks like this company wants to be out of business with the pathetically low standard of service it provides clients. A lack of general training in call centers and to top it off the krappy customer experience I have recieved all this will mean is once I get my car back, I will definately be changing my insurance....</p> <p> </p> <p>Do not insure with this company, its not worth the trouble, save yourself a bad experience and a few grey hairs ...</p>
