Auto and general clients please be be aware of this company. If i could give you zero stars i would. This company will give you the most ridiculous reason for not paying out your claim and still make you wait for the outcome and still expect clients to dispute, what is the reason for disputing if you they already made a decision. I submitted a claim due to heavy weather conditions in my area and coursed a branch to break and fell into my pool, addition to this, my ground is also green with all the water underneath. My paving also shifted due to the water under the ground. At 1st i thought the leak was due to a branch but then the ground started turning green and paving started getting soggy around the pool area. Auto and general still decided the pool is not leaking due to the weather condition.Thank you Auto and General for your great service.
