Hi, my wife was insured with them. We had an accident and was told cause we use the vehicle for transporting we can't be covered and all funds will be paid back into the account by Wednesday the 30 July or Thursday 31 July 2025 for the latest according to loss adjuster . She was told funds are too much and had to the finance could only approve Wednesday but only to find on the 1 August. We get told nothing was approved or done and they not even sure when she will be paid and the what amount. But according to the person all his work was done and payment by Wednesday.
