Hello Peter I’m insured by auto and general, I was involved in an accident on the 01/08/2023 , of which their tow truck took my car to the panel beater of their choice , and they gave me the courtesy car for 15 days. My car is not yet done being repaired and they refusing to extend the courtesy car as my car is not yet done being repaired, my policy number is ***. Please assist
