Auto and Failure

Called in for a reversal of my funds after I cancelled. Spoke to Tshiamo Mihlali Ngumla. First she said the money will show “tomorrow”(03/10/2023).Then phoned and said she have to process it,she needs bank statements. I sent it on 02/10/2023. She advise I’ll wait up to 7 days. Well I am still waiting after 15days. Worst experience ever.
