Did cancel my policy with Auto & General due to poor service and ignorance, also deducted additional money from my account without my consent. I send them a policy cancelation letter on the 9th of August, specified that the policy should be ended on the 31st Of August 2025. When they received the letter, they immediately cancel my policy and notify me that I have no cover anymore, hence, I did paid my full premium for August on the first of the month, I had to paid a pro-rata amount to King Price to get coverage. Basically paid double this month, I am on retirement.
