Assistance in two claims

My husband and I were both in car accidents at the beginning of Dec 2015. There were very few people that actually gave proper feedback. The one consultant dealing with the other cars claim never called once to give any feedback, I had to call in everyday and ask for feedback. Camelen was very helpful and assisted us in sorting out our claims for both cars which was not even his job. There are some consultants that are really bad, but also some really good ones that was really helpful,friendly and professional. Thank you to those guys, you did a great job.
