Appreciation to Charne Keur of Auto & General.

I had my insurance claim rejected by my insurer SA Home Loans Insurance when I claimed due the earthquake that occurred in June 2024. The earthquake had damaged my insured house and they refused to pay for my house to be fixed.

I then contacted my Legal insurance, Auto & General and challenged the SA Home Loans Insurance rejection. My case was allocated to Charne Keur after Ms Sandra Wilson.

Charne dealt with the case professionally - advising me in every necessary step until I went to court and the judgement was granted in my favour.
