Appauling service

Good day

I just received such an appauling service from one of your consultants named Ofentshe. She asked if i was interested in getting my premium for my vehicle review, as soon as i said i won't be interested at the moment, she abruptly hung up the call. She shouldnt be servicing customers if she's not courteous or doesnt understand what customer service is. You must not hire such a person to be talking to customers if you want to retain your clients or bring new business.
