Appalling Service from Consultant & Manager- CLAIM

Good day to you<br> I have now contacted and called over 6 times to your division and even left a message with your consultant Lindiwe who has also emailed you earlier. I have been trying both your numbers as well as Nerusha's direct line since after 9am again today after no feedback or action last week. Between yourself and your Manager Nerusha you have made promises to supply certain information I requested, my vehicle to be towed back as well as my payout and I see no ACTION or response to any of my emails. Your service is despicable considering I have been a loyal client for 14years I would expect some courtesy!!!! You are Sooo Busy you cannot just email to say you are attending to my finalization?? If we treated our clients half as bad I wonder if I would Have a job at all !!!!NO THANKS TO YOUR MANAGER OR YOU, it has taken me 1 call to your s**** yard and I have received my report, my photos as well as a tow service to get my car back!! YOUR SERVICE IS APPALLING and if this is the way you deal with all your clients, you need a total attitude adjustment.<br> I will make sure never to recommend A& G to anyone I know. I am still awaiting my final documents a month later- SERVICE!!!!
