Appalling Service

I am insured at Betterlife Insurance who are underwritten and administered by Auto & General. I am receiving the absolute worst service I have ever received in my life. So much so that I felt the need to do my first ever review on HelloPeter. I have cancelled by policy with them on 7 January 2018, but I am still billed by debit order for two years. They are delaying the process of reimbur*****t and I have been begging them to sort this our for two months now. The people that I dealt with is Elroy Mangore and Christo Theron. Christo Theron is the manager and promised me the world and how he will personally sort out my matter after my appalling service from Elroy Mangore. My calls to Christo Theron are now being dodged and I am not receiving call backs. I was just left on a holding line for exactly 15mins after asking to speak to Christo Theron, after which I hanged up.

I would not recommend Betterlife or A&G at all.
