Appalling Service

We have been loyal customers for more than 10 years with an impeccable claims history. We submitted a claim for water damage and experienced bad service from the word go. The consultant who was supposed to handle the claim failed to keep us informed and after we made contact him +-2 weeks later, he then called us and claimed that he was unable to get in touch with us which is not true. At the first point of contact which was almost 2 weeks later, he notified that the claim was rejected. Appalling service from the word go to loyal customers who have now cancelled their policy.
