Appalling service at Auto & General

The service at Auto & General is appalling .I logged a claim on the 8th of December regarding scratching and dents on my car and was not contacted to complete the claim.I called the on the 11th of Dec and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Lindokuhle Mvango and he who requested all of the details of the claim and he advised that someone would call me the next day to complete the claim, however no one contacted me. I called again yesterday to follow up and spoke to a lady who requested me to upload pictures that I had previously uploaded. I did that again yesterday and still no one has contacted me to complete the claim
