Appalling service

This is the worst insurance ever, I was involved in an accident on the 22nd of October 2021 and the car was towed to Automagic in Randburg on the 28th of October 2021 for panelbeating it stayed there for 2 months and was later taken to Mccarthy Nissan Randburg for diagnostic and repairs and to date I have not received my vehicle. Every time I call Auto&general I speak to a different agent and they would promise to call me back but they do not. I am really frustrated and would definitely not recommend such a useless company to anyone.
