Apology received

A special thanks to hellopeter someone from Auto & General called to apologise after a wrote a review here regarding bad services I got from Auto & General when I submitted a claim for my cellphone and handbag, well I have not got a new phone or new handbag yet At least I got an apology. Hopefully my claim will be finalised soon especially the cellphone part a person cannot do much without their cellphone these days and considering how expensive good iPhones are. I will write another review once Auto & General have done they part on full for now all I can do is wait
