Anything to deny a claim
My vehicle was reported ****** on the 28th of December 2015 and to date has not been recovered.
My vehicle insurance with Hollard via Brolink has been paid out in full with no disputes.
I also have shortfall cover with Auto and General insurance, who informed me that my claim to cover my shortfall (the amount still owing on my vehicle ) has been denied, due to:
The vehicle in question was not registered to me. This raises a red flag as to where they receive their information as i have all registration papers etc. to date.
The Case number provided was not related to a vehicle theft. Incorrect, it is a motor theft case and have messages from the police to prove it..
And that they could not gather enough information from my insurer. My insurer contacted me in a conference call with Auto and General to provide them with information, so this was a blatant lie as well.
A&G's excuses are pathetic. Why would my insurer pay out without disputes and A&G refuse to honor the service I have paid for for months?
