Answers and in good time
Such a struggle with telephonic questionnaires and e-mail submitted questions just to get a policy. <br> Such a struggle to get back to the consultant who helped you in order to prevent having to explain the whole history yet again.<br> In stead of referring to where I can get help, Dirk returned e-mail with answers in under 45 mins. And he is not even a consultant. Thank you.
