Annual Review
I don't know why they do it! Every year the annual advise comes with a whopping increase (this year 24%)! After a phone chat it is reduced to a % closer to the CPI. Imagine those who don't query! Annual increase on increase adds up to a fortune over a few years. Why don't they just start with a more realistic %. Interaction with the call centre lady was great and empathetic.
