Annual Policy Pricing

I called yesterday, 24/11/2022, and spoke to an awesome lady called Bonita. She took my quire/concern and promise to escalate to management & promised to revert to me by 25/11/2022. Indeed, she did, however, i was busy with another assignment. She got hold of me later and to report on the outcome. The way she did it, was amazing. It is not always that service providers promise to come back to you, and they do. She did. And thanks for that. Kudos to her.
