Annoying
Their telemarketers phones every week, and when you tell them to please stop phoning, they phone from their land-line and put down the phone in your ear half-way through asking them to stop phoning. This is a horrible company, and they will literally drive you up the wall for simply sticking with your current insurance company - avoid them like the plague. I'm not a client - and will never be a client!

My initial comment may have come across as overly dramatic — I’m just genuinely fed up with telemarketers. They are becoming a major reason why people choose not to engage or sign up anymore. The approach is often overly persistent and, at times, comes across as arrogant rather than helpful. Instead of creating interest, it tends to irritate people and push us further away. In my experience, the repeated calls; even after asking to be removed, only reinforce that frustration.
